Business Manager – Semiconductor Foundry
The Business Manager is responsible for managing key customer accounts and driving business growth within the assigned portfolio. This role collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams and reports to the regional General Manager / Senior Director responsible for the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business performance and consistently achieve or exceed business plan targets including revenue, wafer shipments, ASP, and new product tape-outs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and industry partners, building a high-level network with decision makers. Gain deep understanding of customers’ corporate strategies, technology roadmaps, product development plans, competitive landscape, and end-market trends.

Gather market intelligence and formulate short-term and long-term business strategies based on customer demand forecasts, tape-out schedules, and internal resource planning including engineering support and capacity allocation.

Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives.

Manage the assigned business portfolio to drive sustainable growth while proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies related to market demand or customer dynamics.

Act as the primary representative to senior customer management, professionally advocating customer needs internally while aligning with corporate objectives.

Identify and develop new business opportunities from both existing accounts and prospective customers that align with the company’s technology capabilities and strategic direction.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 2 years in a sales or business development role.

Experience working with semiconductor foundries or related ecosystem partners is highly preferred.
