- Lead and execute the company’s strategic business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with overall group goals.
- Drive business performance by delivering commercial targets and supporting market expansion initiatives.
- Build partnerships with key business stakeholders to maximize collaboration and business impact.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to enhance competitive positioning and support long-term growth.
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering value, operational excellence, and strong business relationships.
- Provide inspirational leadership to teams, promoting engagement, collaboration, and a high-performance environment.
- Develop, attract, and retain top talent while supporting diversity, professional growth, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure strong governance standards and oversee compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Represent the organization in legal and external matters, safeguarding business interests and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Take overall accountability for delivering business plans, driving execution excellence, and maximizing organizational performance.
- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in captive financing, ideally within equipment leasing and with P&L responsibility.
- Industry knowledge in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, or asset finance.
- Familiarity with dealer distribution networks and credit underwriting.
- Proven success in international environments and navigating local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- A track record as a seasoned, strategic leader with strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to assess and manage credit, financial, and business risks effectively.
- Experience in building and leading high-performance teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
