Regional Director, Assistance & Health Operations F/M

As Regional Director, Assistance & Health Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the operational strategy across the region.

Reporting directly to the regional executive leadership team, you will oversee business performance, drive operational efficiency, lead transformation initiatives, and develop high-performing teams across several countries.

This position offers strong visibility within the organization and represents an excellent opportunity to further expand your regional influence in a complex international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive performance through KPI management, process optimization, and cost control
• Ensure best-in-class service delivery and customer experience
• Lead, inspire, and develop multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Business Units
• Lead transformation projects involving automation, digitalization, and operational improvement
• Build organizational capabilities and strengthen succession planning across the region
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

You combine strategic vision with a strong operational mindset and are comfortable navigating both business and people challenges.

We are looking for:

• Master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles
• Strong background within medical assistance and insurance operations
• Demonstrated success in transformation, process improvement, and organizational change
• Experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple locations
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are considered an asset
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in complex and evolving environments
