Server Layout Director｜新北｜大型科技製造公司

知名大型科技製造集團擴大 Server 研發團隊，招募具備豐富 Server Layout 及 PCB Layout 領導經驗的資深主管人才，負責 Server / AI Server 平台之 Layout 技術規劃、團隊管理及跨部門協作。

職務內容

• 負責 Server / AI Server PCB Layout 技術方向、規劃及開發流程管理。

• 主導 Server motherboard 及相關板卡的 Layout 設計與技術問題分析。

• 規劃 PCB Stack-up、Component Placement、Routing 及 Layout Design Guidelines。

• 與 Hardware、SI/PI、Mechanical、Thermal、BIOS/BMC、Manufacturing 等團隊進行跨部門協作。

• 負責 Layout Design Review、技術問題分析及 Design Optimization。

• 建立及持續優化 Layout 開發流程、設計規範及相關標準。

• 帶領 Layout 團隊，負責工作分配、技術指導、專案進度及人才培育。

• 支援新一代 Server / AI Server 平台開發及量產導入。

職務條件

• 具備 Server / AI Server / Networking 等相關 PCB Layout 經驗。

• 具備 Server Motherboard 或大型複雜 PCB Layout 開發經驗。

• 熟悉 PCB Layout、Stack-up、Placement、High-Speed Routing 等相關設計。

• 具備 SI/PI、High-Speed Interface 或 Power Integrity 相關概念。

• 具備跨部門專案協作及技術問題解決能力。

• 具備 Layout Team Leadership、Project Leadership 或管理經驗。

• 熟悉 Server platform development 及 NPI 流程者佳。
