System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, troubleshoot and support IT hardware and network systems.

• Perform daily system maintenance and housekeeping of all IT resources and data.

• Provide system administration and support for company-wide platforms including Windows Servers, Database Servers, anti-virus, email servers, and network services.

• Conduct server, network and security equipment installation, testing and commissioning at local and overseas sites.

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to networking and system configurations.

• Handle SQL data query, analysis and database-related troubleshooting.

• Assist in EDI system maintenance and data interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, computer science or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in network, hardware and system support.

• Strong technical proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware/vSphere.

• Experience in the installation and configuration of PBX, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Familiarity in HIKVISION, Huawei Firewall, and ZKTECH products is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical thinking and the ability to handle large datasets.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with strong sense of ownership.

• Occasional travelling is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on data visualization tools and information security is a plus
