About the role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of corporate governance and operational efficiency, primarily by managing the full lifecycle of legal entities (LEM). You will transform regulatory initiatives into operational procedures and act as a driver for process optimization, digitalization, and automation.
About You
We are seeking a quality-driven, structured, and independent professional who thrives under pressure. You should demonstrate personal drive, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain deep knowledge and experience in corporate governance, legal entity set-up, and maintenance.
- Oversee counterparty management, including AML/KYC, banking administration, and fund liquidations.
- Transform regulatory initiatives and changes into successful operational processes and procedures.
- Proactively drive change initiatives and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency and digitalization readiness.
- Be accountable for managing and continuously improving day-to-day operations through process optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to enable effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the Head of Governance locally by addressing issues, proposing solutions, and acting as a role model.
- Be willing to travel to various locations to attend meetings as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Must-Have:
- University degree (or equivalent) in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years relevant work experience within the described field.
- Proven track record in change management, project driving, and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in an international environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior exposure to private equity or the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg law related to Alternative funds (Company law, RAIF, SICAR, ELTIF, AML Directive).
