- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Manage cooperation with existent partners as well as establish new partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competition, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Introduction of the brand: Working with and towards successful introduction and launch of the new brand on the market.
- NPD: Proactively propose and implement new attractive for the market categories and products.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new distribution channels.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective sales operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and effectively manage risks related to sales operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the sales process, implementing best practices and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles within the FMCG (food) industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer needs within the FMCG sector.
- Experience of working in an international environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
