What You’ll Do

Application Deployment & System Reliability: Deploy and support Equipment Intelligence (EI) applications on Linux-based servers, actively monitoring system performance, logs, and alerts to guarantee maximum uptime and data integrity.

Software Collaboration: Partner closely with internal software engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs, execute root-cause analyses, and implement timely patches.

Technical Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary on-site technical point of contact, delivering comprehensive training, documentation, and hands-on operational support to customer personnel.

Client Expectation Management: Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to manage technical expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Global Mobility: Fulfill domestic and international travel requirements based on business needs, with a current minimum travel expectation of 35%.
Who We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience supporting semiconductor equipment.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Linux operating systems, including advanced command-line tools, scripting, and server administration.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills for complex system environments.

Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for effective customer-facing interactions.

Operational Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently and work seamlessly within cleanroom environments.

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English speaking and technical communication.
Preferred Qualifications

Scripting Competency: Demonstrated experience programming or scripting with Python, Bash, or equivalent languages.

Fab Familiarity: Direct understanding of semiconductor fabrication (fab) operations, workflows, and strict safety protocols.

Networking & Remote Access: Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote system management tools (e.g., SSH, VPN).

Documentation Literacy: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and apply technical schematics, manuals, and documentation.
