Production Manager

Our client is a growing European e-mobility company designing and manufacturing premium urban e-bikes. We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production activities.
• Lead a small production team and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee assembly, quality control, packing, and shipment readiness.
• Improve productivity, quality, and production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production and component-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; bicycle or e-bike industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Technical or engineering background preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work close to the production floor.
• Experience in production planning, team management, and process improvement.
• Good command of Polish and English.
