Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Finance Operations to join a leading organization in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for enhancing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence within the finance department. Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring streamlined processes and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements. -
Financial Reporting:
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. -
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancements in financial processes and systems, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy. -
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the finance operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. -
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. -
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure robust internal controls are in place and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with various departments, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to support financial objectives and enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred. -
Experience:
10+ years of experience in finance operations or management roles, with prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector being an advantage. -
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of financial principles, systems, and processes, with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. -
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on data-driven decision-making. -
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
