Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement:

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor the finance operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in finance operations or management roles, with prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector being an advantage.

• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of financial principles, systems, and processes, with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Analytical Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
