Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:

  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends.

  • Proposal Development:
    Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the organization’s services and value propositions.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report on business development performance metrics, providing insights to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a global services or consulting environment.

  • Market Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the Japanese market, including consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
