We’re looking for a seasoned Director of Manufacturing & Operations for a leading Electronics Design & Manufacturing company. Working location: International - Taipei, China, Vietnam, India, Brazil. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple sites (>10,000 employees) in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.全面負責工廠的營運管理，包含製造、工程、品質、供應鏈、設備及人力資源配置
2.統籌越南製造及印度代工廠之運營管理，確保跨廠區的生產效率、品質、成本與交期達成
3.建立並落實公司營運策略、製造方針及年度目標 (產能規劃、成本控制、KPI 指標等)
4.推動製造流程優化、精實生產(Lean)、自動化與數位化轉型，提升整體營運競爭力
5.負責跨地區供應鏈協調與外包廠/供應商管理，確保物料、產能及品質穩定
6.主導跨廠區的重大營運問題處理，包含異常分析、改善計劃及預防措施落實
7.負責年度預算編列、投資規劃及資本支出管理，確保符合公司成長需求
8.建立有效的組織架構與人才培育機制，強化各廠團隊管理能力與海外協作
9.維護與主要客戶、合作夥伴及當地政府的良好關係，確保工廠營運合法合規

Qualifications:
- 電子業或光電業相關製造管理背景，具 ODM/OEM 工廠全面營運經驗
- 15年以上製造/生產/營運管理經驗，含 5 年以上跨國工廠或海外管理經驗
- 熟悉製造效率、品質、成本、供應鏈及自動化/數位化轉型管理
- 具中英文溝通能力，能以英文與客戶進行口語交流，並能處理英文郵件往來，有跨文化溝通協調經驗
- 大學或研究所以上工業工程，工業管理，電子，電機，機械，資訊，統計相關科系畢業
