About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic elderly care team. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of providing holistic, high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of clinical care plans, leading a team of healthcare officers, and ensuring the well-being and dignity of our elders. Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Direct Care:

Perform comprehensive health assessments, implement clinical procedures, administer medications, and provide treatments.

Develop, execute, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, ensuring they are person-centered and effective.

Closely monitor residents' conditions, promptly updating records and communicating any changes to the multidisciplinary team.

Assist doctors during ward rounds and coordinate pre-admission logistics for new residents.
Leadership & Supervision:

Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a team of Health Care Officers.

Foster a collaborative, skilled, and motivated care environment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Services:

Deliver professional home care support services as required.

Serve as a key point of contact, adeptly handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns from residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Operational Duties:

Participate in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and on-call duties, to ensure 24/7 care coverage.

(Long night shifts are compensated with an additional shift allowance.)
Qualifications & Requirements

Registration: Hold a valid Enrolled Nurse practicing certificate issued by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong.

Education: HKCEE with 5 passes (including English Syllabus B and Chinese) OR HKDSEE with Level 2 or above in 5 subjects (including English and Chinese).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience. Prior experience in elderly residential care, day care services, or a similar setting is highly preferred.
