Finance Business Analyst

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop, update, and refine budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, including variance analysis, performance commentary, and KPIs.

• Collaborate with department leaders to align forecasts with operational realities and strategic goals.

2. Business Performance Analysis

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Track business drivers such as revenue streams, cost structures, customer profitability, and product performance.

• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions, pricing strategies, and investment cases.

3. Strategic Support & Decision Enablement

• Provide insights and recommendations to support new business initiatives, market expansions, and capital investments.

• Evaluate potential business cases, ROI analyses, and project financial feasibility.
• ​Work closely with senior management to prepare business review materials, dashboards, and strategic presentations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as an analytical partner to sales, operations, product, and supply chain teams.

• Translate complex financial insights into non-technical business language for cross-department stakeholders.

• Support ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional projects that require financial expertise.
