We are partnering with an established buy-side Private Equity firm that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Accountant to join its Hong Kong team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to private equity fund operations and work closely with investment and finance professionals in a dynamic environment.

We are partnering with an established buy-side Private Equity firm that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Accountant to join its Hong Kong team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to private equity fund operations and work closely with investment and finance professionals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and fund reporting
- Calculate and reconcile waterfall allocations and investor distributions
- Manage the capital call and distribution process, including investor communications
- Assist with fund financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements
- Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, custodians, and other external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects relating to fund operations and accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1-4 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, audit, or financial services accounting
- Knowledge of private equity, alternative investments, or fund structures is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous
