Financial & Operational Leadership

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of all financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings in accordance with IFRS, tax, and local regulations.

• Design and oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and enterprise risk management frameworks to support sustainable growth.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

• Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and institutional stakeholders.

• Lead quarterly earnings calls, investor briefings, and development of strategic investor communications.

• Enhance market visibility and strengthen investor confidence in the company’s long-term value proposition.

M&A and Strategic Development

• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.

• Lead end-to-end financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.

• Drive post-merger integration planning and execution to ensure value realization across functions.

Strategic Finance & Executive Support

• Support executive decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, KPI tracking, and cost-benefit assessments.

• Provide actionable insights to optimize performance, resource allocation, and profitability.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.

• Drive functional excellence through process optimization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
