Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:
  Lead the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Strategic Analysis:
  Provide insights and analysis on financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic decision-making.

• Compliance and Governance:
  Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating audits and reviews as necessary.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the reporting function.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance efficiency.

• Systems Oversight:
  Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in financial reporting and management, with a proven track record in a senior role within a multinational organization.

• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting requirements.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Leadership Skills:
  Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
