Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Hong Kong
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees across Hong Kong. This role acts as a strategic HR partner, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist expertise with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, handle complex employee relations matters, and deliver end-to-end HR initiatives—from talent and performance management to learning and change support.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership:
Partner with business leaders to understand operational priorities and translate them into people strategies and HR initiatives. -
Talent & Performance Management:
Support workforce planning, performance management processes, and talent review/calibration activities to strengthen organizational capability. -
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Drive engagement initiatives and support leadership on culture-building and change initiatives. -
Learning & Organizational Development Support:
Identify capability needs and partner with HR/L&D teams to implement learning and development solutions. -
HR Operations & Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with local requirements and internal standards. -
Employee Relations (as assigned):
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, support investigations, and facilitate resolution in a fair and compliant manner. -
Compensation & Benefits Support (as applicable):
Support annual compensation activities and reward programs in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise. -
Change Management:
Support restructuring, transformation, and business change by providing HR direction and stakeholder communication. -
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Track HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance outcomes) and identify opportunities to improve HR effectiveness.
Qualifications

Experience:
Typically 6–10 years of HR experience, with direct HRBP or equivalent partnership experience supporting business functions. -
HR Generalist Expertise:
Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies in a corporate environment. -
Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and managers in a fast-paced environment. -
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Proven experience handling complex HR matters with professionalism and strong attention to compliance. -
Communication & Consulting Skills:
Strong facilitation, advisory, and written communication skills; able to translate HR insights into actionable recommendations. -
Language:
Proficient in English; Cantonese is an advantage for local stakeholder coordination.
