Partner with CPO and senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business growth.

Provide strategic advisory on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.

Drive annual talent review, succession planning, and leadership development programs across the group.

Lead performance management processes and support the development of a high-performance culture.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design talent development solutions.

Analyze people metrics and workforce trends to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.

Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Rewards teams on strategic hiring, retention, and compensation matters.

Ensure HR policies, practices, and employee relations activities comply with local employment regulations and group governance standards.

Participate in regional and global HR projects, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

Progressive HR experience, including substantial HR business partnering exposure within hospitality, retail, consumer, lifestyle, or service-driven industries.

Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex organizational change initiatives.

Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Commercially focused with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Fluent English communication skills; additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.
