Operations Project Manager - 12 Months Contract

About the Opportunity

A leading international investment bank is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join its Hong Kong team, supporting transformation projects across Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional projects and stakeholders across Operations and support functions
• Drive PMO activities, including planning, governance, reporting, and tracking
• Gather business requirements and support testing activities
• Monitor project progress, risks, and key deliverables
• Prepare project updates for management and stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in project management, PMO, business analysis, or change projects within financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking operations or financial markets is an advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written English
