Quantitative Trader (P & L Owner | Crypto)

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce company-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and KPI definitions to ensure data integrity, traceability, and accessibility across all functions

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise dashboards and analytical solutions, translating complex business challenges into actionable performance insights

• Oversee the development and optimization of Power BI reporting environments, data models, and integrations with Microsoft Business Central (ERP) and enterprise applications; manage external technology vendors

• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and practical AI solutions to improve business efficiency

• Serve as the primary contact for all data initiatives, conducting user training and fostering a data-driven, continuous improvement culture across technical and non-technical teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline

• 8–15 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Digital Transformation

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization) and SQL

• Experience integrating ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central) with BI platforms

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, process automation tools, and AI-enabled business applications is highly desirable

• Background in financial reporting, margin analysis, operational metrics, and business performance management is preferred

• Strong track record in managing third-party vendors and leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement

• Strategic, commercially minded, and articulate, with the ability to bridge technical concepts and executive business needs
