Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration:

• Training and Support:

• Market Insights:

• Reporting:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Experience:
  7+ years of experience in commercial management or sales effectiveness roles, preferably within the FMCG or pet care industry.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable plans.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

• Leadership Skills:
  Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving results through collaboration and a focus on customer satisfaction.
