Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional HR Manager to join a prominent organization in the marine services sector. This role is vital for developing and implementing HR strategies across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and experience operating in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute regional HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce performance. -
Talent Management:
Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment and retention of high-quality personnel across the region. -
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns effectively. -
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, development plans, and performance reviews. -
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. -
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and compliance with company policies, developing HR policies that meet regional requirements. -
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate workforce trends, preparing reports for regional leadership on key human resource indicators.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certifications are preferred. -
Experience:
7+ years of experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multinational role. -
Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of employment laws and labor regulations across Southeast Asia. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. -
Leadership Abilities:
Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives.
