Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Professional to drive the commercial success of key brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing plans, managing P&L performance, and executing campaigns that build brand engagement and achieve both financial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet brand business objectives.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, optimizing both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective trade marketing programs, providing support to beauty centers, clinics, and salesforce to accelerate growth.
- Continuously monitor brand performance through market intelligence, share analysis, and competitor benchmarking; translate insights into actionable plans.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (advertising, digital, social media, influencer, PR) via agency partners to enhance customer engagement.
- Track and analyze the performance and ROI of all marketing activities (ATL & BTL), manage the marketing budget, and recommend optimizations.
- Create and oversee the distribution of POS materials and sales kits, ensuring flawless execution across all channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional/Global teams to successfully launch new products and manage pipeline development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the aesthetics, health & beauty, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with a strong commitment to driving results.
- Collaborative team player adept at building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
