Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management:
  Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

• Forecasting and Planning:
  Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans that align with business objectives.

• Vendor Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

• Logistics Coordination:
  Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of products while managing costs effectively.

• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the supply chain, implementing best practices and technology solutions.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics, preparing reports for management that highlight key trends and improvement areas.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support overall business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) is preferred.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail:
  A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in supply chain processes.
