We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives for the organization. This role will lead recruitment operations, partner closely with business leaders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead a team of recruiters for end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions and seniority levels.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Proactively identify talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor team performance and ensure recruitment targets and service levels are achieved.
Recruitment Process Improvement & Projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Review and optimize recruitment workflows, policies, and processes.
Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and attractiveness as an employer.
Participate in HR and talent-related projects, including recruitment transformation, ATS implementation, process automation, and workforce planning initiatives.
Leverage data and analytics to provide hiring insights and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
Fluent in English and Chinese
