Your Responsibilities

As a pivotal leader in our international business strategy, you will spearhead the expansion of our skincare portfolio across multiple global markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans for international business expansion, encompassing long-term, mid-term, and short-term goals.
• Leading market assessments and creating tailored go-to-market strategies for over 10 countries, ensuring alignment with local consumer needs and market dynamics.
• Negotiating high-stakes deals with external partners, distributors, and retailers to foster robust business relationships and maximize market penetration.
• Overseeing P&L management for the international division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across diverse markets.
• Building and leading a high-performing international team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to achieve business objectives.
