Interface PCB Project Manager

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan | Hybrid

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interface Solution Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of custom PCB/interface hardware projects. This role involves managing technical development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality hardware from concept to production. This is a customer-facing position, with opportunities to work closely with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities for new product design and development projects independently.
• Collaborate with customers (internal/external) to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Scope projects in terms of schedule, cost, and deliverables; create and manage project plans.
• Track and manage project changes, risks, and milestones.
• Drive PCB schematic/layout design and ensure SI/PI performance optimization.
• Manage design reviews, DFM alignment, and material selection.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth manufacturing, assembly, and logistics.
• Provide technical support for products in the field.
• Attend occasional meetings with international teams (EU/US) and travel as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong expertise in High-Speed, RF, and Mixed-Signal PCB design.
• Proficient in datasheet interpretation, component selection, and substitutions.
• Experienced with SI/PI simulations and optimization techniques.
• Familiar with PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro HDL/PCB Editor a plus).
• Solid understanding of PCB fabrication processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• General knowledge of semiconductor and ATE industry.
• Previous project management experience.
• Familiarity with MS Project, PDM, or PLM tools.

Education & Experience:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hardware/PCB development or a related field.
