Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager (SEA & NA)
Location: Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities
-
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution:
-
Develop and implement the annual regional marketing plan for SEA and NA, aligned with global brand strategy and local market needs.

Drive the launch of new products and innovations across the region, ensuring excellence in execution from planning to post-launch analysis.

Lead the adaptation and localization of global marketing campaigns, content, and digital assets to maximize relevance and impact in each local market.

Campaign Management & Digital Leadership:
-
Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, CRM) to build brand equity and drive market share growth.

Oversee regional digital marketing strategy, including e-commerce support, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer partnerships.

Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization.

Market Intelligence & Business Growth:

Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitive benchmarking to generate actionable insights for the region.

Utilize data and insights to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and make informed strategic recommendations.

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

Stakeholder & Team Management:
-
Serve as the key marketing liaison between Global HQ and local country teams in SEA and NA.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with local Marketing Managers, Sales, Training, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure strategy alignment and flawless execution.

Provide guidance, support, and best practice sharing to local markets to elevate overall marketing capabilities within the region.

Manage and collaborate with external agencies (creative, media, digital, PR).

Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
-
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional role covering multi-markets (experience in SEA and/or NA is essential).

Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns in the consumer goods, dermo-cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or skincare industries.

Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.

Demonstrated ability to localize global brand strategies and campaigns effectively.
-
Excellent financial and business acumen, with experience in budget management and P&L sensitivity.
