Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Technical Support
-
Partner with the field team to deliver product presentations and lead technical discussions to clearly understand customer requirements and application needs.

Plan and execute product demonstrations, support new product introductions, and manage complex competitive evaluations, including the development of new applications (e.g., materials, use cases, or features).

Assess technical risks, probability of success, and implementation plans for application initiatives to maximize effectiveness and optimize resource utilization.
Post-Sales Technical Support

Work closely with the field team to support product commissioning and on-site installation, ensuring smooth and reliable system operation.

Collaborate with headquarters, service, and engineering teams to resolve complex product-, process-, or site-related issues impacting performance, and support customers in enhancing existing monitoring and control methodologies.

Develop and deliver internal and external training programs to ensure successful implementation and adoption of both new and existing product applications, while serving as an effective communication bridge between headquarters and field teams.

Create and maintain technical documentation and tracking materials for internal knowledge sharing (e.g., product development inputs, technical notes) and external marketing purposes (e.g., application notes, conference papers, webinars, blogs).

Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and procedures defined by government authorities, industry standards, customers, and internal policies.
Strategic Contributions

Collaborate with field teams and headquarters to gather and analyze competitive intelligence, supporting the development and execution of offensive and defensive strategies across key product lines.

Participate in Voice of Customer (VoC) activities and technology road-mapping initiatives to support new product development and business expansion efforts.

Conduct in-depth analysis of customer monitoring and control gaps, combined with market research, to identify opportunities for improvement, new applications, and innovative use cases by leveraging existing technologies and expertise.

Perform other priority tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, ultra-pure water systems, gas delivery systems, factory facilities, or facility monitoring systems, preferably in technical roles such as applications, control, process, or equipment engineering.

Solid understanding of semiconductor processes, materials, and key yield drivers is preferred.

Strong verbal, presentation, and documentation skills in both Chinese and English are required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proven record of cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration are highly desirable.

Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders effectively.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative and reliable team player.
