As part of the creation of a new position, we are seeking a Assistant Manager Payroll M/F for one of our clients, a recognized player in the services sector.

Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will engage in technical and complex payroll-related issues while contributing to the reliability and continuous improvement of processes. This role offers a gradual progression towards greater responsibilities, including a managerial dimension in the future.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and control of payroll processes.
  • Process diverse payroll files, including specific and non-standard situations.
  • Review payrolls in collaboration with an external provider (BPO).
  • Provide technical support to the payroll team.

Your Profile:

  • Some experience in Payroll management in Europe. 
  • Proficient in English, any other languages is a plus. 
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
  • Developed interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
