Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan to join a leading organization in the confectionery industry. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan. -
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights, leveraging this information to inform strategic decisions. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while maximizing business opportunities. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities. -
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. -
Budget Management:
Manage the commercial budget effectively, ensuring cost control while maximizing profitability. -
Team Leadership:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. -
Experience:
7+ years of experience in commercial management or sales, with a proven track record in the FMCG or confectionery industry. -
Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, including consumer behavior and competitive landscapes. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
