We’re looking for a Director of NPI & Manufacturing, Server System for a big EMS company. This role will base in Taiwan, overseeing the NPI (New Product Introduction) & Manufacturing operations for AI Server systems in a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end introduction of new server systems from concept through volume production. Owns cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and program management to ensure new products are launched on time, within cost, and to quality and performance targets.
- Bridging design and manufacturing—driving manufacturability, scalability, and operational readiness for complex, high-mix server platforms. Ensure manufacturing processes, tooling, test stations, and documentation are ready for pilot and mass production. Oversee EVT/DVT/PVT builds, pilot runs, and ramp-to-volume activities.
- Drive standardization of assembly, configuration, and test processes across server platforms. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations of AI Server systems, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Own NPI and manufacturing schedules, milestones, cost targets, and KPIs.
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or operations leadership in “Server System” integration, ODM/JDM environments, or Contract Manufacturing.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong experience with server systems, computer platforms, or complex electromechanical assemblies. Proven track record of successfully launching products from prototype to high-volume production.
- Experience supporting hyper-scaler or enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of thermal, power, and high-speed computing system challenges.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of NPI phase-gate processes
- Expertise in DFM/DFA, PFMEA, control plans
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong mobility. Able to conduct frequent international travels (50%-70%)
