⚡️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management

  • Business travel coordination

  • Meeting preparation and follow-up

  • Management of correspondence, emails, and call screening

  • Coordination with internal departments

  • Preparation of presentation materials

  • Expense report management


⚠️ Profile & Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Trilingual: Spanish, English, and French (nice to have)

  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs

  • Strong prioritization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with diplomacy

  • High level of adaptability and flexibility

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
