Role Overview:
As the FP&A Manager, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to the commercial leadership team, driving financial discipline and business performance. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring robust governance and control over operational processes. This role requires a proactive finance professional who can translate financial insights into actionable business strategies to support sales growth and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand key business drivers and operating levers. Provide financial counsel on contingency planning and strategies to achieve both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability targets.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual planning and processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting. Oversee business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making.

Pricing & Commercial Support: Partner with commercial teams and enabling function team to lead the pricing process. Streamline promotion, rebate, enhance accuracy, efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with divisional and APAC finance teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting, provide commentary on business performance, and support regional initiatives.

Governance & Audit: Oversee the preparation of internal audits and drive the implementation of action plans to strengthen internal controls and compliance.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 8~13 years of finance experience. Prior experience partnering with commercial teams is essential.

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, financial systems, compliance requirements, and business operations.

Proven ability to work effectively across functions and geographies, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Demonstrated ability to identify issues and opportunities, drive resolution, and implement process improvements.

CPA or MBA qualification preferred.
