Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong track record in leading global digital transformation initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to design transformation processes and define system requirements, leveraging strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and re-engineering initiatives to support digital transformation programs
• Drive the integration and optimization of ERP systems across multiple international locations
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment between solutions and business objectives
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes, taking regional differences into account
• Develop and maintain project deliverables such as user stories, process maps, and workflows aligned with global operations
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to drive user adoption across regions and cultures
• Plan and execute strategies for successful global system rollouts and implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or program management, including at least 5 years in global digital transformation initiatives
• Proven experience with ERP systems or large-scale system implementations in multinational environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex, cross-regional challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation for diverse global stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in managing global system rollouts and implementations
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
