This position is responsible for driving end-to-end procurement activities, including category management, sourcing strategy execution, supplier negotiations, contracting, and ongoing supplier performance and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for electronic components (EE components)
• Lead supplier management, pricing negotiations, cost optimization initiatives, and supplier performance reviews
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support business and technology needs
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms with suppliers
• Provide regular insights on supplier roadmaps, market trends, and industry dynamics to internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
• Work closely with engineering, product, planning, and operations teams to identify sourcing opportunities
• Drive annual saving initiatives and cost-reduction projects within the assigned categories
• Conduct long-term component capacity planning and proactively identify potential supply bottlenecks or risks
• Collaborate with global teams across different regions to ensure alignment of supply strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
• 5–8 years of sourcing experience in electronic components or relevant supply chain categories
• Strong understanding of technology, supplier landscape, market drivers, and component cost structures
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Solid analytical abilities and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple global regions
