This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading a large HR organization and delivering exceptional, scalable, and employee‑centric HR services within the organization. This role oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR operational services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high‑quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Job responsibilities:
HR People Services Delivery
Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end HR services, including:

Employee lifecycle management (hire to retire)

Employee relations and case management
-
Payroll governance and vendor oversight
-
HR systems, data management, and reporting
-
Benefits administration and mobility support
-
Ensure HR services are efficient, scalable, compliant, and employee‑focused.

Establish and manage service models, SLAs, KPIs, and operating standards.
HR Operational Excellence & Transformation

Lead HR process optimization, simplification, and standardization initiatives.

Drive HR digital transformation, leveraging HRIS, automation, and self‑service solutions.

Implement best‑practice service delivery models (e.g., shared services, tiered support).

Use data and insights to improve decision‑making, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies across all HR services.

Maintain strong governance, audit readiness, and data privacy standards.

Proactively identify and mitigate people‑related operational risks.

Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership responsibility.

Proven experience leading large, complex HR teams in a multinational or large‑scale organization.

Strong background in HR Operations / People Services / Shared Services.

Experience driving HR transformation and digital initiatives.
