Investment Funds Lawyer F/M - Local Law Firm

Our client is a medium-sized local law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Investment Funds.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise documentation for funds, investors, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory challenges, emphasizing international transaction compliance.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, gaining insights into their strategic and commercial goals to provide tailored legal solutions.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Law.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Investment Management acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written. German is a real plus. 
• Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
