Overview

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and motivated Medical Advisor specializing in Neuroscience to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities

• Medical Expertise:
  Provide expert medical insights on Neuroscience products, including research, clinical data, and treatment guidelines, to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry experts to share knowledge and gather insights.

• Clinical Support:
  Collaborate with the medical affairs team to develop and deliver training programs for internal staff, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of Neuroscience therapies.

• Research and Data Analysis:
  Analyze clinical data and research findings to support product development and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Medical Education:
  Develop and disseminate educational materials and presentations aimed at healthcare professionals, enhancing awareness and understanding of Neuroscience products.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive communication regarding product information and strategies.

• Adverse Event Reporting:
  Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Medical degree or a PhD in a relevant field; additional training or specialization in Neuroscience is preferred.

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Neuroscience.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to interpret clinical data and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Team Player:
