Job Description – Warehouse Manager
Title: Assistant Manager to Manager
Location: Tainan, Taiwan
Team Size: Lead Customer Service, Warehousing & Customs Affairs – approx. 20 members
Language Requirement: Fluent English (spoken & written)
Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, logistics coordination, customer service fulfillment, and customs compliance. This role leads a cross-functional team of approximately 20 members to ensure efficient material flow, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and high service quality while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.

Manage customer service operations related to order fulfillment, shipment status, and issue resolution.

Supervise customs affairs, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and implement warehouse procedures, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock control, and system management.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Procurement, Finance) and external partners (forwarders, customs brokers, carriers).

Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performance organization.

Manage warehouse safety, 5S, and quality standards.

Monitor operational costs and drive productivity improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant operations.

Experience in team leadership and people management (10+ members preferred).

Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), and distribution processes.

Familiar with customs procedures, import/export regulations, and documentation.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Fluent English ability is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
