【The Role】
As a pivotal leader within the Operations division, you will ensure the seamless transition of new products into the manufacturing environment. Working in close collaboration with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Business Units, you will drive operational excellence to meet and exceed global market expectations. You will lead Process of Record (POR) transfers to ensure the organization maintains the necessary capabilities and capacity to supply high-demand markets with optimized lead times and cost efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in driving the facility toward becoming a fully self-sufficient, High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) plant.
【Key Responsibilities】

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a specialized engineering team to achieve core operational and departmental objectives.

Project Allocation: Strategically assign team members to key projects, ensuring all technical and timeline-specific targets are met.

Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of critical manufacturing and systemic issues by collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

Talent Development: Train and upskill team members to ensure the technical competency required for advanced manufacturing execution.

Stakeholder Management: Provide regular strategic updates on team activities and project milestones to executive stakeholders.

Prioritization: Negotiate and define project priorities in alignment with other functional leaders across the organization.

Safety & Strategy: Maintain a world-class safety culture and strategize the introduction of new manufacturing capabilities for long-term growth.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline; Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 engineers within a sophisticated manufacturing environment.
