Position: OEM Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic OEM Manager to lead the comprehensive management and development of our automotive OEM partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of marketing and business activities for the assigned product line, with a dedicated focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with key OEM clients. This role is central to aligning product strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement, particularly within the Japanese and Korean markets. The OEM Manager will ensure seamless collaboration among internal teams—including Sales, R&D, and Marketing—while leading efforts in OEM certification and long-term partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and drive business growth with automotive OEM partners.

Serve as the primary liaison for OEM accounts, managing all aspects of the partnership including product specification alignment, certification processes, and long-term collaboration.

Lead OEM certification projects, ensuring timely compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments in the automotive additives sector to identify new business opportunities and inform product strategy.

Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and target customer segments in close coordination with internal stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between OEM partners and internal teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

Represent the company at industry events, technical meetings, and OEM engagements to strengthen the company’s market presence and partnership network.
Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, product management, or business development, specifically within the automotive OEM industry; experience with additives or similar products is highly preferred.

Proven track record in managing OEM relationships, including involvement in certification processes and contract negotiations.

Strong understanding of technical product requirements and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Experience working with Japanese and Korean OEM partners is a significant advantage.
