Role Overview

Lead the Server BMC firmware organization and define BMC technology strategy for enterprise and hyperscale server platforms. Own architecture, execution, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BMC firmware teams (architecture, development, validation, support)

• Define BMC roadmap and technical strategy

• Drive OpenBMC / commercial BMC development and program execution

• Partner with BIOS, HW, OS, and manufacturing teams

• Act as technical interface for OEM / hyperscale customers

• Own quality, security, and delivery for BMC programs

Requirements

• 12+ years in server firmware / system management

• 5+ years in leadership or people management

• Strong BMC expertise (OpenBMC / AMI / proprietary)

• Solid server architecture knowledge

• Proven OEM / customer-facing experience

Nice to Have

• Hyperscaler or Tier-1 OEM experience

• Redfish / IPMI / PLDM knowledge

• Firmware security experience
