Service Sales Representative
Location: HsinChu Taiwan

Our service business plays a critical role in long-term customer success. We are looking for a commercially minded Service Sales Representative to grow our service portfolio—including calibration, repair, on-site services, service contracts, and extended warranties—while working closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver real customer value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a business, engaging customers beyond product sales, and turning service excellence into sustainable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Business Growth & Customer Engagement

Own and drive service sales strategies to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets.

Manage key customer accounts and actively identify new opportunities in service contracts, spare parts, calibration, and extended warranties.

Partner closely with Sales and Service teams to align service offerings with customer needs and increase calibration return rates.

Lead service business planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections.

Ensure service profitability through effective pricing, cost control, and P&L awareness.
Operational Excellence & Service Quality

Work with Service and Lab Managers to improve turnaround time (TAT) for calibration, repair, and on-site services.

Optimize resource planning and scheduling across service engineers and customer projects.

Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (EE, Mechanical, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields).

5+ years of experience in precision instrument service, technical sales, or after-sales business management.

Proven success in achieving sales targets and building recurring service revenue.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Confident communicator in English and Mandarin, comfortable working in a global matrix organization.

Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage complex business challenges.

Willing to travel within Taiwan and occasionally across APAC.
