Responsibilities
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the localized execution of new product launches to expand the Taiwan dental market presence.
- Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Manage the existing product portfolio to ensure sustained relevance and business impact.
- Sales Readiness: Provide sales teams with high-impact clinical tools and marketing collateral to drive demand and commercial excellence.
- Brand Stewardship: Manage the transition of product assets during a major corporate rebranding while maintaining a premium market position.
- Strategic Optimization: Leverage insights from KOLs and dental professionals to refine marketing effectiveness and identify market gaps.
Requirement
- 7+ years of marketing experience within the Dental, Medical Device, or Healthcare industries.
- Proven ability to translate regional strategies into disciplined local execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
- Fluent English for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
