This role is based at a manufacturing site in Kaohsiung and is responsible for leading the site supply chain planning function. The Supply Chain Manager oversees and develops the planning team, drives end-to-end supply chain execution, and partners closely with plant leadership to ensure stable production, inventory health, and customer delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the site supply chain planning team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure strong ownership of material planning, production planning, and capacity planning.

Own end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for the manufacturing site, balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and cost objectives.

Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to translate demand signals into executable production and material plans.

Lead production planning and capacity planning activities and facilitate the site SIOP process, ensuring demand and supply alignment, disciplined planning cycles, and clear decision-making at the plant level.

Oversee MRP planning logic and replenishment strategies for both manufactured and purchased materials, ensuring material availability while maintaining healthy inventory and working capital levels.

Monitor and manage inventory performance, including DOH, inventory turns, excess and obsolete exposure, and service level impact; guide planners in defining appropriate safety stock and strategic inventory buffers.

Partner with plant finance to review inventory accuracy, variance analysis, and P&L impact, and ensure cycle counting and inventory control processes are effectively executed.

Manage shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow supporting daily production needs.

Collaborate with global sourcing and procurement teams to support supply base optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and supply continuity for critical materials.

Act as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to operational decision-making, continuous improvement initiatives, and long-term site capability building.
