Senior People & Development Business Partner – ER & Policy
South Coast (Hybrid) | Full-time | Interim
A leading, values-driven organisation is looking for a Senior People & Development Business Partner with deep Employee Relations expertise to join their People team in a highly visible, impactful role.
This is a rare opportunity to lead on complex ER, shape employment policy, and partner with senior leaders in a unionised, evolving environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead complex, high-risk employee relations casework end-to-end
- Act as a trusted advisor on employment law and industrial relations
- Shape and evolve HR policies and procedures
- Partner with senior leaders on change, workforce planning, and performance
- Build strong relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in ER within a unionised environment
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
