Job Duties:
- Provide a welcoming environment for our customers by listening to and embracing their unique needs proactively
- Build connections with our customers by inspiring them with your creativity, passion, and knowledge of our iconic brands
- Embrace e-commerce platform and digital innovations to create personalized omni experience for our customers
- Create a beautiful first impression by keeping the store tidy and fully stocked with operation excellence
- Contribute to a winning team culture by helping each other to succeed and achieve store’s sales goals & KPIs
- Participate in trainings and be part of an environment where you’re encouraged to be a better version of yourself
- You’re confident to serve our international customers
- You come with beauty, fashion retail or FMCG experience
- You’re passionate and knowledgeable about what’s new and trending with beauty products, fragrance, makeup, and skincare
- You enjoy working and winning as a team
- You will be considered as Senior Beauty Advisor if you have more relevant experience
- Teamwork environment and team commission
