💼 Key Responsibilities

360-Degree Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, package negotiation, and post-placement follow-ups.

Talent Mapping: Proactively identify and engage high-caliber engineering and technical professionals within the Semiconductor, Foundry, Hardware, and Material Chemical industries.

Account Management: Partner closely with hiring managers at multinational corporations (MNCs) to understand their strategic technical needs, deliver tailored talent solutions, and provide market insights.

Leadership & Mentorship (For Manager Level): Lead, coach, and develop junior consultants; drive delivery strategies and optimize team efficiency to maximize revenue output.

Experienced Tech Recruiter / Headhunter: Proven track record in executive search or agency recruitment focusing on Engineering roles within the Tech/Semiconductor sectors.

Tech Industry Professionals (Engineers / PMs / Sales): Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM/Chemical fields. Experienced professionals looking to transition into a dynamic, people-centric, and commercially driven business environment.

Ambitious Fresh Graduates: Recent graduates from STEM or Engineering-related backgrounds with a strong passion for the recruitment industry, high EQ, and resilience.
Language & Core Competencies:

English Proficiency: Strong upper-intermediate to advanced level in written and verbal communication. Internal communication, CRM databases, candidate profiles, and client correspondences are predominantly conducted in English.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, sharp logical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and highly self-motivated.

Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin.

Work Authorization: Must possess valid legal authorization/visa to work in Taiwan.
